About the Event
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Students experience many benefits of yoga without having to get up and down from the floor. Benefits are improved strength & flexibility and reduces stress. This practice also improves proprioception (knowing where your body is in space) which helps prevent falling and builds confidence. Please come join us because we will have a good time! Duration: 1 hour
COST: $10.00 per class OR $35 for all 4 classes.
