Kasey Peyton, RYT200, uses her passion for yoga to connect with her community. The serene looks on students’ faces at the end of class fill her heart with joy. Kasey loves using a mix of styles in her classes from energizing and active movements to deeply renewing and restorative postures. Her use of alignment cues and props ensure all students get the most out of their practice. Kasey has been teaching yoga to adults and children since 2013. She attained her 200 hour level yoga teacher certification in 2014.

Kaytee Koertge, RYT200, loves using yoga as a holistic approach to health.  Kaytee has seen the benefits in her own life with the practice of yoga, breath work and meditation and enjoys sharing this with others.   Kaytee enjoys bringing out the science of the yoga postures and their benefits to our health. She loves teaching and watching those who do not think they can do yoga learn and progress and regain mobility and experience more peace of mind.
