Welcome Mia Jorgensen!

Mia is a Certified and Registered Hypnotherapist (CHt.) and graduated from Colorado State University with a BA in Counseling Psychology, The Phillips Institute with a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and The Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Los Angeles.

Mia has been in private practice for 12 years beginning is Seattle, WA where she also worked as a Chemical Dependency Counselor in Residential Treatment Centers as well as outpatient settings. In 2016 Mia relocated to Los Angeles to combine both Chemical Dependency Counseling and Hypnotherapy in both private practice and in Residential Treatment.

New to Missouri, Mia hopes to bring her passion for Mind, Body, and Spiritual Health to this new community and find ways to reach as many people as possible.

Autumnal Equinox Workshop

September 21st

10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Join Kasey Peyton for a 2 hour workshop to celebrate the Autumnal Equinox. Summer can be busy, unpredictable, excessive, and hot! Now is the time to slow down, anchor, and turn inward to prepare for fall and winter. The Equinox is also the perfect opportunity to detoxify. Learn simple ways to detox with an introduction to Ayurvedic self-care practices and information on food elimination plans. This workshop will include a long yoga practice with postures to root, balance, and restore and end with meditation.

The cost is $20 per person. Advanced registration is required by September 16th. Email kasey@soloasismindbodyspirit.com to reserve your spot.

Kids Yoga (Ages 4-7)

September 21st @ 2:00 pm

No parents allowed! We'll use fun activities, games, and music to explore yogic breathing, movement, and mindfulness. The class is 45 minutes long and the cost is $8 per child.

Sol Deep is on THURSDAYS!!!

This class will take your yoga practice to a new level by perfecting alignments and lengthening holds in poses to better facilitate a mind, body and spirit connection. Duration: 1 hour

Youth Fitness

September Saturdays

9:15 - 10 a.m.

Designed to promote sound principles of strength training, aerobic endurance, and muscular conditioning, youth fitness emphasizes on proper form, safety while exercising, and the benefits of being active and living a healthy lifestyle.

Duration: 45 minutes

~ Parents MUST sign waiver for child to participate.

7-7:45 a.m.

Get ready to burn mega calories while challenging your body and having fun! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a training technique in which you give your all-out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. Each exercise will include modifications for all fitness levels. Duration: 45 minutes
