Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Students experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up and down from the floor. Benefits are improved strength & flexibility and reduces stress. This practice also improves proprioception (knowing where your body is in space) which helps prevent falling and builds confidence. Please come join us because we will have a good time! Duration: 1 hour
COST: $10.00 per class OR $35 for all 4 classes.

Sol Deep will take your yoga practice to a new level by perfecting alignments and lengthening holds in poses to better facilitate a mind, body and spirit connection. Duration: 1 hour

The word ‘yoga’ means union in Sanskrit, and this is exactly what partner yoga aims to achieve – a uniting of two people. It is a fabulous medium for building stronger communication and intimacy in just about any kind of relationship, whether it is friendship, a family member, or your significant other. Join us for an hour long partners class where postures are designed to create and nurture trust, strengthen communication and create a sense of laughter and light heartedness!
We will have a social hour after class that includes beer and light snacks. Space is limited and registration is required. Please RSVP by April 11th, 2019 through email: email@example.com
