Online Fitness Classes!


Hello Sol Oasis Friends!

First, let me tell you how grateful & blessed we have been feeling since we started these online classes. You have shown us so much support and we THANK YOU!!! Our goal is to support you through this time and we hope this will keep you motivated & active while you are spending so much time at home.  

ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE:  *Week of March 30th - April 4th* (this could change week to week) Monday: 9 a.m.  ~ Sol Blend (Kasey) 5:30 p.m. ~ Zumba (Monica) Tuesday: 9 a.m. ~ Yoga Flow (Monica) 4:30 p.m. ~ Yoga Basics (Monica) 5:45 p.m. ~ Pilates 30 min. (TBA) Wednesday: 9 a.m. ~ Restore the Sol (Kasey) 5 p.m. ~ HIIT (Carly) Thursday: 9 a.m.  ~ HIIT 30 min. (Carly) 4:30 p.m. ~ Yoga Basics (Kaytee) 5:45 p.m. ~ Sol Deep (Kaytee) Friday: 9 a.m. ~ Sol Blend (Kaytee) Saturday: 9 a.m. ~ FREE Boot Camp on Facebook LIVE (Carly) HOW YOU CAN TAKE CLASS: 1. Email me (monica@soloasismindbodyspirit.com)and tell me that you want the invites to classes this week.  I will make a master list. You will receive an email before every class this week, but only join the classes you are interested in. Please note: If you're already on my list from last week, you are still there and there is no need to reply again. 2. Invites will be sent by email 10-15 minutes prior to class.  This will allow us to make sure everything is working, check in, get settled and begin class on time.  3. Take class in the comfort & privacy of your own home! 4. If you use your computer, no additional set up is required.  If you use your phone, you will need to download the app prior to taking the class.  The link will send you to the app to download.
