Kaytee Koertge - A natural health practitioner, who is passionate about helping others live pain free full vibrant lives. Kaytee has spent most of her life curious about how the body works with food and herbs. As a child she was treated for multiple allergies (of which she has none of now). She has raised 4 children and had a organic goat dairy in Minnesota. She raised and doctored her goats naturally. In her 30’s she experienced many health issues from migraines to fibromyalgia and serious digestive issues. This started her study of natural health. She started gathering information about foods and how to use them to heal and detox the body. She learned iridology and reflexology and herbology learning how they benefited her health. She relocated to Missouri about 10 years ago and since has gotten serious about her life calling. She has Certifications in Reflexology, Iridology, Herbology, Detoxification Specialist, Digestive Health Specialist, Yoga RYT 200. Kaytee utilizes these modalities to assess your health and put together a holistic approach to allow your body to rejuvenate and create space for healing. Kaytee invites you to come and visit with her and explore and discover how vibrant and healthy your life can be.
Kaytee Koertge, RYT 200, loves using yoga as a holistic approach to health.
