Licensed Professional Counselor
Monica Wolf has 19 years of experience in the counseling profession working with children, teens, young adults and families. Monica received her Master’s of Education in Counseling from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. Monica is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is an approved supervisor for counselors in training and provisionally licensed counselors (PLPC’s) in the state of Missouri.
Monica has worked in a variety of settings including agency counseling, residential treatment centers, school and private practice. These experiences have given her the opportunity to work with all ages and many different issues. During her time as a school counselor, she greatly enjoyed working with the students and quickly found her passion for counseling children, teens and young adults.
In 2011, Monica began her private practice in Jefferson City, Missouri and then moved to Chillicothe in 2014 where she continues to provide counseling services at Sol Oasis, LLC.

Allison Pickering
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Allison Pickering, LCSW has a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri.
Allison has specialized training in Brief Strategic Family Therapy from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. Allison has worked in a community counseling center in their counseling department and also in her own private practice while living in Tulsa, Oklahoma. These experiences have given Allison the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and with different areas of focus. Allison is respectful of the spiritual beliefs of individual clients and will integrate biblical principles in therapy when it is sought. Allison works with children as young as 5 years old, adolescents, adults and families.
