I am a licensed massage therapist and graduate of Wellspring School of Allied Health.  My approach to clinical massage is goal oriented and feedback based. Goals for massage may include treating pain, managing injuries, or holding space for you while creating a relaxing and therapeutic experience. 

 

I am trained in multiple modalities which are incorporated into each session such as mayofascial release, trigger point, acupressure, assisted stretching, Swedish massage, sports massage, and reflexology. I also offer cupping, gua sha scraping, hot stone massage, aromatherapy, and CBD treatments.
